Made from cold pressed Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla, and Cerasuola olive varieties. Has low acidity, smooth, and flavors of green tomato, lemon, artichoke, and a peppery finish. This is a fruity oil, sharp, spicy and intense, in excellent harmony with vegetable soups, fresh cheese and above all with grilled fish and meats.
