Where do you deliver?


We will be delivering to Manhattan daily. We will be making weekly deliveries to Brooklyn and the Hamptons (day of the week to be confirmed at the time of the order).




What if there’s a problem with my order?


If there is a problem with the freshness or quality of your order, just call
us. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If your issue is merely a
matter of taste, we cannot refund your order, but we’d be glad to help you
select something more appropriate for the next time.




What is USDA certification?


USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) is a rigorous certification
process guaranteeing the quality and safety of meat. We’ve worked hard to
gain this prestigious accreditation and we’re proud of it. There’s a full-time
USDA inspector on site at Hell’s Kitchen Butcher – they even have their
own office! Receiving full USDA certification (no mean feat) allows us to
receive, butcher, cut, package and deliver meat—all from one location.




What if an item is not available?


If an item is not available, we will offer a suggested replacement or let
you know via email when your desired item will be back in stock.




Is Piccinini Brothers meat and poultry all organic?


Some of our meat is organic and some is not. We strive to deliver the
best-quality meat at reasonable prices, and only work with farmers and
purveyors we personally know and trust.




Where is your meat from?


Our meat comes from the finest producers both locally and around the
country. Some of our purveyors are local farmers, while others are larger
meat producers from farther away. The common denominators are
consistency and quality.




Where is your meat butchered and packaged?


We do not slaughter animals on site, but all of our meat is cut and
packaged on site at Piccinini Brothers in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood of
Manhattan.




Is your meat machine-cut or hand-cut?


Most of our meat is hand-cut, but we sometimes use machines to break
down larger cuts of meat.




Do you fill special orders?


We will do our best to fill any order. If there is something you want that
is not on our list, please call us.




Once I place an order, can I change the delivery address?


Once an order is placed the delivery address cannot be changed. There
are, however, exceptions – just call us and we’ll see what we can do.

For orders under $50, there is a $5.00 delivery charge.
