Now, Piccinini Brothers is the premier purveyor to New York’s finest restaurants, including Gramercy Tavern, Daniel, David Bouley and many others. Those chefs know where to find the best in pastured, grass-fed, organic or exclusively-sourced meats and poultry.  

 

For decades, Piccinini Brothers only served a wholesale market from its storefront on Ninth Avenue. Three generations later, it was time to offer Piccinini Brothers’ incredible sourced meat and poultry to a wider audience.  Now a new adventure: for the first time in nearly a century, Piccinini Brothers are offering their products at retail.
